People say I’m a natural performer and I love being on stage; especially if I’m singing, dancing or DJ’ing.

Hanaa Skalli is a strategic partnerships professional with over 10 years’ experience fostering collaborations across arts, culture, sport, and education. Skilled in corporate partnerships, business development, sponsorship, marketing, and strategy, Hanaa excels in building strong, impactful relationships.

Dean Smalley
Dean Smalley, IT Manager at Dunsters Farm Ltd and former Network Manager at The Manchester Grammar School, advises Proud and Loud Arts on IT infrastructure. With expertise in IT management and strategic planning, Dean ensures robust, secure systems that align with our goals, driving innovation and efficiency.

Tamsin Drury
Tamsin Drury, hÅb’s Director, is a driving force behind Live Art and contemporary performance in the North of England. With decades of experience, she champions artist development, bold new work, and collaborative opportunities, continuing greenroom’s legacy through hÅb’s dynamic platforms, commissions, and roaming performance programme, Word of Warning.

Simon Ruding
With over 30 years of experience in arts and criminal justice, Simon has led TiPP since 2019 and previously directed Geese Theatre Company. His work spans the UK and international projects, and he brings this expertise to Proud and Loud Arts as we expand our impact.

Janet Charlesworth
Since 2000 I have been working as the Treasurer which means I look after all the finances; invoices, payments keeping track of funding and generally making sure all is ticking over correctly.

Kelly Hoye
Since being a founder member from 2000, I have become the secretary of the theatre company. I record and deliver the minutes from meetings and work with the team to organise all necessary administration.

Lorraine Worsley-Carter MBE DL
Lorraine is a former freelance broadcaster, mainly with the BBC, as well as film editor with Granada Television.
